iBooks and Hard Drives

One thing I like about the Macintosh laptops is an easy computer memory upgrade. The hard drive on the other hand is like pulling teeth. To replace the iBook hard drive you have to take off:

1. The bottom of the computer.
2. The the sheet of a non-connductive metal.
3. More screws for the top of the case.
4. Four more screws for the hard drive.
5. Four more screws for the hard drive rails.

Not something that is easy. Do not try this at home unless you have some experience replacing iBook hard drives.
