You would think with all the great technology that we have the postal system could easily deliver a letter to our Mailboxes without destroying them.
I am told that less then 1% of the mail gets damaged or destroyed. So what is the deal? At least twice a month we get a letter that has been damaged in the mail system. For those who have never seen it, you get your mail in a nice little external envelope with a see through telling you . . . we have trashed your mail . . . sorry.
I can see it now. Your $100M winning lottery ticket was destroyed by the machine . . . sorry. Yes, you are.
